At Ooni USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your Ooni oven or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
